Mini-Muscles, LLC was created to establish the "Mini-Muscles" brand and to offer information and opportunities to help reverse the trend of childhood obesity. In addition to products and services, we will strive to provide links to important information on this issue. The "Mini-Muscles" animated fitness adventure video stars Cindy Crawford and was produced by Crawdaddy Productions and GoodTimes Entertainment.
The FoundersFriends since the third grade (1965), Dan Wexler and Jonathan Flom have teamed up to create Mini-Muscles, LLC.
Jonathan FlomIn addition to serving as the Executive in Charge of Production for the "Mini-Muscles" video, Jon is the founder of Character Arts, an entertainment production and licensing company whose current projects include managing all media and merchandising activities relating to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer; principal in Holiday Hill Farm, a book series from Barnes & Noble which is the basis for a broad based merchandising program, and handling business affairs for producer Phil Ramone for "The Songwriter's Hall of Fame". Prior to forming Character Arts, Mr. Flom served in senior executive positions at Broadway Video, HBO and CBS. Properties and productions with which he has been associated include Saturday Night Live, Lassie, Wayne's World, CBS Happy New Year America, The Lone Ranger, Frosty the Snowman, Underdog, The Miss USA and Miss Universe Pageants.
Dan WexlerAfter consulting on the video and experiencing the response from numerous children, Dan saw the market potential for the Mini-Muscles brand. Dan works in Washington, D.C. with a variety of groups whose goals are to increase the opportunity for physical education in the United States. You can find links to some of these groups on this website. In addition, Daniel Wexler has a served as a Special Assistant to the President and Associate Director of the White House Public Liaison Office during the Clinton Administration. During that time he directed the outreach to professional and amateur sports teams, organizations and leagues.
